1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Biser Studio, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. The service is provided by Biser Studio.

2. Account

You are responsible for a correct email, keeping your password safe and activity in your account. If you notice unauthorised access, change your password and contact us.

3. Sync

Patterns are stored on your device and, if you choose, synced to the cloud. If a pattern is changed on two devices at once, the server never silently overwrites data — you can keep a separate copy.

4. Your patterns

Rights to the patterns you create remain yours. You only grant us the right to store and process them so the service works. Keep backups of important work (JSON export).

5. Plans and advertising

Core features are available for free in the Free plan with limits. The Pro and Premium plans remove some limits; current limits are shown in the app and in the dashboard. Ads may be shown in the free plan of the mobile app.

In the Android app, Pro and Premium are Google Play subscriptions. A subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it in Google Play; access continues until the end of the paid period. Google Play handles payments and refunds under its own rules.

In the iOS app, Pro and Premium are App Store subscriptions, monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Apple handles payments and refunds under its own rules.

6. Voluntary support

You may voluntarily support Biser Studio through an external Monobank link published on the website or a USDT transfer on the TRC20 network. This is not a purchase, subscription or payment for additional features. A third-party service or blockchain network processes the transfer; verify the destination and network before confirming, as cryptocurrency transfers may be irreversible.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law or infringe the rights of others, and do not try to bypass limits or disrupt the service. In case of violations we may restrict access to the account.

8. Disclaimer

Continuous availability of the service is not guaranteed. Verify exports and materials before starting a piece.
